The code must be used at time of booking and is only to spend on the bar, any tab not used will not be refunded (so get the drinks in!) It cannot be used against welcome drinks offer. The minimum spend must be achieved on the bar for all bookings, deposit taken which is refunded subject to minimum spend being achieved.
